Understanding Diet Free Weight Loss – No More Diets

There is so much information on the internet it is hard to workout the right sources for information in the quest for understanding Diet Free Weight Loss the big question is choosing a diet free method right for me?

No More Diets is for everyone no matter what your interest Getting into a healthy shape is so important. My Father in Law Morris is in his 70′s and is heavily involved in sports and is pretty fit and can beat me easily at tennis but he has a heart condition which has been related to all the red meat he has eaten over the years so does he need to loose weight? No.  Morris has only 3% body fat and his metabolism is working perfectly but what he does need to do to deal with his health issues is eat the right things. Morris hates fish but now 2 times a week he has to have fish and has reduced the amount of red meat to zero. He does not have to make all these changes but the consequence would be a potential heart attack. we all have the choice to ignore our body needs or to do the things that best feeds our bodies to encourage maximum health. Morris may not be the happiest eater but his lifestyle is so much happier as he can continue to do the things he loves. Today I wish the majority of people had this mentality but the sad fact is that most people are to complacent about life and just let things happen to them instead of planning to live healthy and make a great contribution in today’s world.

A Big Question To Ask Yourself

What do you live for?

In asking this question I am not saying if you are overweight is it because you don’t believe in yourself because there are many reasons to weight gain which we will discussed throughout this “No More Diets” website but for a vast majority the statistics do state that living a purpose driven life will vastly speed up the weight loss process .

A question like what do you live for? Is important to our general health and our weight. If you have nothing to live for it is easy to let your weight slip out of control and if you have low self estimate it is hard to pick yourself up and make a positive difference in yourself and the lives of those around you. Don’t just let life happen to you but live it on purpose. I was at the Puyallup Fair in Washington State last year with a big stand on the Fight Against Obesity Roadshow and one woman I met had lost over 120lbs and she now devotes her life to helping others with weight loss.

My Story In Helping People Lose Weight

My story in getting involved in helping people with weight lose was following a trip to the doctor in 2008 when he informed me I had joined a new club called the “Obese Club” this did not impress me at all considering the fact that I spent a large budget on healthy eating free from fast food! but still because of my love of quality stake, barbecue and social eating I had to make changes. Right now I have a power salad for lunch to make sure I have the right amounts of live food this will include fruit as well as greens and carrots. I will put some olive oil and sometimes a teaspoon of vinegar. I find in doing this in the middle of the day it increases my energy level and I notice a huge difference in my general health in losing 14lbs in the last month. I still want to lose another 14lbs and I am doing this by adding a spinning class 2 times per week as well and walks and the odd few mile run. I do this extra just to keep my metabolism active as I know working on a computer all day can start to alter my metabolism which I see as the biggest key in keeping a healthy weight. You can eat all the right food but if you just sit around you will lose the benefits of healthy eating. This is my take on healthy living I hope you can relate and together through this site we can all pick up some keys to encourage us to make the right efforts in achieving our goals physically, mentally and emotionally.
