Welcome to No More Diets – the purpose of this blog is to help people in making the right decisions on a plan for losing weight doing it in a healthy way. I have a passion to live a healthy life and I have over the past 7 yrs added the extra pounds that we all dread but I decided to do something about it and when I moved to America I started to do more working out and running (well running away from fast food) Lol!
I spend a lot of time trying to find key tips that will help without a diet. For me a real key is to eat right now my focus is little and often if you eat 5-6 times a day rather that the old fashioned 3 square meals system will get your metabolism going burning up the calories and exercise, sorry to have to burst your bubble but you will have to get your body moving!
Right now I am loving working out I go to a spinning class 2 times a week at a local Gym and the other morning I took off for a 2 mile run when I got back every mussel in my body hurt but I know I am breaking through. Another big key in success in fighting weight gain is working out with a friend or partner. My Wife is a great support and we both do classes together and love going on 3-4 hr walks. The key is to get off out office chairs and sofas and just get out there. I have added advertisement to the website to boost the visitors but also to use key words to links that might help.
